Prices and conditions of sale are for informational purposes only and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, placing the order by completing the purchase process implies that you accept the price offered and the general sales conditions in force at this specific moment.

Once the order has been formalized, the purchase will be understood to have been completed by operation of law, with all the legal guarantees that protect you as a purchasing consumer, and from that moment the prices and conditions will be contractual in nature, so they cannot be modified without the express agreement of both sides.


The receipt of any order should not be accepted if the box has defects such as cracks, cracks, blows or you perceive that the product is open, tampered with or in poor condition. At FOXX technology we offer you the possibility of returning products within the first 14 calendar days, for whatever reason, counting from the date you receive the order, and provided that the conditions set forth on this page are met.


The General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16) in its Article 2 (General concept of consumer and user) indicates that: "For the purposes of this standard and without prejudice to As expressly provided in its third and fourth books, consumers or users are natural or legal persons who act in an area unrelated to a business or professional activity.", therefore, purchases made by legal persons (companies, societies, etc. ) made as such are not covered by said Law and therefore some or all of the conditions indicated in this section will not be applicable to them.



There are cases in which the possibility of you returning the product you purchased does not apply. We know that the legal texts are cumbersome, but we have to inform you that these cases are included in Law 47/2002 of December 19, which reforms Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade. Through this reform, our legal system incorporated the provisions of Directive 97/7/CE, in the matter of distance contracts and adapted to the community regulations.

The cases mentioned in the previous paragraph and which are excluded from exercising the right of withdrawal are the following:

Products with obvious signs of use or manipulation beyond what is essential to verify the suitability of the product, scratches, scratches or any type of damage or whose serial number has been altered, removed or detached from any type of label or marking that includes serial .

Digital products, by their nature, cannot be returned once the purchase has been confirmed.

All merchandise must be returned in perfect condition and in packaging that ensures its protection, in order to guarantee that the product does not suffer damage during transport to our facilities.

Returns must be delivered at destination within 7 days after the date of acceptance of the return. If not, it will be rejected and returned.

Once the merchandise has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed if so indicated.

The transportation costs caused by the return will be borne by the customer.

Payments via bank transfer for returns will have a maximum period of 14 days due to administrative procedures, although we try not to delay more than 7 days.



Returns of material without unsealing and in perfect condition will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt.

Such returns will be processed as a commercial return, since there is no law that regulates the return rights between companies and such procedures are regulated according to the conditions of Foxx Technology.

Products in blister or heat-sealed packs, and other products that have a broken factory security seal, cannot be returned.

These conditions do not void the right to warranty or exchange of defective products as stipulated in the manufacturer's warranty. Foxx Technology reserves the right to deny the return in the event of detecting any anomaly in the returned product.

Cancellations of orders that imply a return to the customer and that we have to process by bank transfer, will have a maximum execution period of 30 days due to administrative procedures, but we always try to ensure that the period does not exceed 7 days.



You have 24 hours to verify the integrity of all the components of your order, and to verify that you have everything that should be included in each product. After these 24 hours, we understand that you have accepted your order and you are satisfied with the products received, so we will not be able to assume claims for damages or failures during shipment.

An order will be deemed delivered when you have signed the delivery receipt. It is in the next 24 hours when you must verify the products as we have mentioned above, and expose all the objections that may exist.

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected in such a way that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes. If not, Foxx technology reserves the right to refuse the return.

Once the merchandise has been received at our facilities and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed if so indicated.

Important: if the logistics operator cannot deliver your order either because the address you provided during the purchase process is incorrect or you lacked data to add and the transport company has no way of finding the location, or due to repeated absences at the place of delivery, if you want to cancel your order, we will pay you the amount, discounting in any case the postage and logistics costs derived from these frustrated delivery attempts. Be sure to include the information of your address or delivery point including all the necessary information so that the transport company can make the delivery and to return the call that you have not been able to answer on the expected delivery days; presumably it will be the transport company trying to agree with you a new date or time of delivery.



As of July 1, 2021, the new European regulations will be applied that will affect the VAT that affects the products. With this regulation, the EU distinguishes between intra-Community distance sales of goods and distance sales of goods imported from third territories or countries.

In cases of sales through a digital platform, as in this case, our Foxx technology e-commerce, it is considered that there are two correlative sales, the seller to the interface and another to the buyer. In these cases, only the acquiring party will pay VAT and will pay the percentage of the tax in the country of the customer.

This means that if you make a purchase from Italy, the VAT that will be applied to your product or products is the one that is applied in Italy at that time for the products that you have purchased.
